Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service
Kajan.N Taxi provides local taxi transport inside Sønderborg, long-distance intercity transfers throughout Denmark, and pre-scheduled airport transfers. By booking, you enter into a binding transportation agreement.
2. Rates and Payment
Fares are calculated based on standard Danish tariff rates (daytime and evening/night tariffs) or pre-agreed fixed pricing for long distances and airport transfers. All payments must be cleared immediately via accepted credit cards or MobilePay.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for standard taxi bookings are free of charge if done before chauffeur dispatch. Airport transfers or pre-scheduled long distance travels may require cancellation at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup to avoid late-cancellation fees.
4. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are expected to behave appropriately, wear seatbelts at all times according to Danish traffic regulations, and respect the vehicle and driver. Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in restoration fees.
